Darya Padbiarezskaya attaches great importance to ensuring that teaching-learning scenarios are precisely tailored to the needs of the learners. She develops tailor-made didactic solutions that are characterized by a clever combination of methods, motivating learning materials and target group-oriented and individual approaches. Her focus is always on the following: learning objectives should not only be achieved, but also become truly tangible for the learners.
Darya studied Romance Studies in Minsk (Belarus) and worked for many years in the NGO sector with a focus on education. In 2023, she completed her Master's degree in Adult Education/Lifelong Learning at the Humboldt University of Berlin.
Since August 2024, the enthusiastic motorcyclist has been contributing her experience and expertise in didactics and educational planning to the inter 3 team.
